2. Exceptions

Refunds shall be issued only in the following circumstances:
1. Duplicate payments.
2. Transaction failure where funds are debited but subscription not activated.
3. Proven technical failure solely attributable to TradingRadar.

4. Exclusions

No refund shall be granted for:
- User dissatisfaction or change of mind.
- Service interruptions caused by internet outage, force majeure, or third-party downtime.
- Misuse or unauthorized use of User credentials.


5. Finality

All refund decisions made by TradingRadar are final and binding.
